Sharing sensitive details about your book of business requires a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). To make this essential step as easy and secure as possible, we have introduced a new, in-app NDA workflow available to all Milly Books users.
Initiating an NDA In-App
This new feature lives directly within your Inbox and can be started from any message thread with a prospective party.
This ensures the NDA is executed before you exchange sensitive files and data, establishing a secure, legally binding foundation of confidentiality.
Here’s the simple process:
- Go to your Inbox and select the message thread.
- Next to the text input box, select “Start NDA.”
- The system pre-populates your agency’s required fields from your onboarding information.
- Click “Send NDA” to route the agreement to the counter-party for their completion.
The Signature and Archiving Process
You will receive an email when the counter-party has finished their part and it is your turn to finalize the document. We use SignatureAPI as our secure e-signature service.
Before signing, thoroughly review the fields completed by the other party for accuracy. After both parties sign, you’ll receive a copy via email, and the signed agreement will also be visible and available for re-download in the Files section of that message thread.
This new NDA workflow removes the friction and delay of managing external documents.

We have introduced message thread archive functionality. You can now clean up your Inbox by moving conversations you no longer need to actively monitor.
Archived threads are disabled for sending new messages, but you can easily find and review them in the Archived tab or unarchive them to resume discussion.
