The Manual Upload is an intuitive, self-service workflow (also called Manual Connect) that guides you through the process in your My Book command center.

Step 1: Export Your Policy Report

Start by generating a detailed policy report from your AMS (for example, the Detail Report in EZLynx) and exporting it as a standard CSV or Excel file.

Pro-Tip: For our AI-powered Valuation Engine to run an accurate analysis, your report must contain these key fields:

• Carrier
• Line of Business (LOB)
• Total Annualized Premium
• Insured State
• Policy Type
• A Unique Policy Number or ID

Step 2: Upload Your File

In the My Book section of the platform, you’ll be prompted to upload your new file.

Step 3: Map Your Columns

An intuitive wizard will guide you through mapping, which is simply matching the column headers from your file (e.g., Annual Prem.) to the corresponding fields in our system (e.g., Total Annualized Premium).
